Position Overview: Concordia Group is seeking a talented Construction Manager with experience in residential construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both office and field operations, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.Benefits:401K with Company MatchHealthcare: Medical, Dental, VisionCompany Paid Life InsuranceShort- and Long-term disability benefitsVacation Pay and Sick Pay8 Minimum Holiday Pay1 floating holiday per yearEndless opportunities for growth!Responsibilities:Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals and objectives.Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications.Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, ensuring safety protocols are followed and project goals are achieved.Review and approve project plans, contracts, and change orders as needed.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the construction process.Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction, with a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.Experience working in both office and field settings, with the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
