portfolio of distressed commercial loans, including C&I
credits. The role involves developing strategies to maximize
recoveries and minimize losses, contributing to the bank's
profitability.What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of distressed loans
- Analyze lending relationships to determine appropriate
actions
- Negotiate restructuring or settlement with borrowers; perform
collateral inspections
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on problem
loans
- Recover past due accounts, restructure credits, liquidate
collateral as neededQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related
field
- 10+ years' experience in commercial loan workout, specifically
C&I or CRE loans
- Knowledge of commercial fundamentals across asset types
- Proven skills in portfolio management, negotiation, and
litigation
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational
skills
- Initiative and adaptability to changing demandsBenefitsMedical,
