Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail oriented
Data Entry Specialist to support high volume information processing
during Tax Season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on
accuracy, organization, and working with sensitive information. You
will play a key part in reviewing, entering, and verifying data to
ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and timely workflow
completion. Key Responsibilities Enter, review, and verify large
volumes of taxrelated data into internal systems and spreadsheets.
Extract and input relevant information from digital files, forms,
and reports. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across
platforms, following established templates and guidelines. Assist
in migrating or updating records as needed (similar to project data
migration duties seen in such as capturing names, numbers,
identifiers, and structured metadata). Maintain confidentiality and
handle sensitive personal/financial data securely. Collaborate with
internal team members to determine prioritization and workflow
requirements. Flag discrepancies or missing information and follow
up as needed. Support reporting tasks by organizing, sorting, and
preparing data for audit or review. Requirements Previous
experience in data entry , administrative support, or records
processing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency
with Excel or Google Sheets; ability to follow structured
templates. Comfortable working in fast paced, deadline driven
environments (Tax Season volume). Ability to work independently
while meeting daily and weekly quotas. Strong organizational and
communication skills. Pay: $18 - $23/hr Pay Details: $18.00 to
