This role is integral to ensuring that all auditing and compliance activities align with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will oversee our team of auditors and work closely with senior management to develop audit strategies that help in achieving organizational goals while maintaining educational excellence. Lead internal audits, prepare and present reports to management highlighting areas of risk and proposing actionable solutions. Manage and develop a team of audit professionals, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. Coordinate with various department heads to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Develop comprehensive risk management policies and procedures. Stay updated with changes in regulatory requirements relevant to the education sector and adapt strategies accordingly.
