Job Description Job Description Flex-O-Glass is seeking a highly
motivated Finance Intern for the Summer of 2026. This hands-on
internship will provide an opportunity for a student pursuing a
degree in finance or related degree to gain practical experience in
plastics manufacturing, database design and systems processes. The
intern will work closely with our Finance department to design and
implement new automations and standardizations within our systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has is interested in a
logical, technical role, as well as the ambition to grow within a
finance-based role and showcase their skills. Flex-O-Glass is a

competitive market. Job Scope: Learn and understand current
inventory control mechanisms and be able to report process
improvements Help drive the process improvement strategies and aid
in reporting performance metrics Understand system abilities and
capabilities toward improving upon how reporting occurs across
company Automate some of our ERP processes and research new
procedures to have an impact on overall finance initiatives Develop
and present new innovative reporting protocols that could be put
into implementation Present new system design initiatives to aid in
maximizing efficiencies Qualifications: Pursuit of college degree
in Finance or Accounting degree or related field Ambition to learn
new systems or product capabilities Strong analytical and critical
thinking skills Ability to think outside of box and challenge norms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention
to detail with ability to work both independently and
collaboratively across departments when needed Past experience with
