Job Responsibilities: Must be able to safely and comfortably walk a roof Excellent technical abilities Valley repair Ridge repair Chimney flashing Fascia repair Pipe flashings Siding Minor carpentry work On roofs ranging from 2/12 to 24/12 (this is a shingled roof position) Install blown-in insulation in attics and other designated areas Requirements: Must have clean driving record Must have reliable transportation to work Must have small hand tools (all other tools provided) Ability to be work safely in a fast paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, greater than 75 lbs. occasionally Great communication skills with both customers & co-workers Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently Be able to work early mornings and late evenings Must have residential roofing experience Benefits Offered: 401(k) with match Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays (8) Referral program Employee discount
