Job Description Job Description OSP Construction Manager – Fiber Network Build We are seeking an experienced OSP Construction Manager to lead outside plant fiber construction projects and oversee field crews building next-generation broadband infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in telecom construction environments, understands OSP design and compliance, and takes ownership of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget. What You’ll Do Oversee installation of outside plant (OSP) fiber facilities Lead and enforce safety and compliance standards across job sites Perform quality assessments to ensure plant integrity and workmanship Partner with contractors and engineers to resolve field and design challenges Drive performance of construction engineers, assistants, and contractors Coordinate splicing diagrams and multi-platform documentation Track service orders, trouble tickets, and facility records Deliver clear weekly reporting and project updates to leadership Participate in performance management, training, and team development Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications OR 4 years of telecom OSP experience Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining outside plant facilities Working knowledge of RUS and NEC codes Experience tracking Service Orders and Trouble Tickets (HES preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience supervising OSP construction crews Strong leadership and contractor management experience This is a leadership role with strong visibility and growth potential within a rapidly expanding fiber organization.
