Job Description Job Description Apartment Leasing Consultant – Section 8 Experience Location: Milwaukee, WI Pay: $18–$19 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Career Strategies is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in the Milwaukee, WI area. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented candidate with Section 8 experience who enjoys providing excellent customer service and supporting daily office operations. Job Responsibilities: Complete and maintain Section 8 and compliance paperwork Perform data entry, filing, and organize resident records Provide customer service to residents and prospects Assist with leasing activity and administrative tasks Support office staff with day-to-day operations Requirements: Section 8 or affordable housing experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and communication skills Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred Reliable, professional, and team-oriented If you are dependable, customer service focused, and have affordable housing experience, we want to hear from you.
