Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support
elementary students in New Berlin, WI. This position involves
delivering specialized speech and language therapy to a diverse
student population, helping them overcome communication challenges
to thrive academically and socially. The role is offered as a
full-time contract for the current school year (CSY). Key
Responsibilities: - Conduct speech and language assessments,
creating individualized therapy plans aligned with students' needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve communication
skills for pediatric populations. - Collaborate with teachers,
families, and other educational professionals to support student
progress. - Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in
compliance with educational and clinical standards. - Participate
in multidisciplinary meetings to address students' goals and
accommodations. Qualifications and Desired Skills: - Valid
Speech-Language Pathologist license with a Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) preferred. - Experience working in school
settings, specifically with elementary-aged children. - Strong
understanding of pediatric speech and language development. -
Ability to design and implement individualized educational plans
(IEPs). - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Location:
