Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech Language Pathologist position is available in
the Elgin, IL area, serving K-12 students with a primary focus on
elementary grades. This full-time role offers the opportunity to
create a flexible schedule aligned with school hours, working
closely with up to 35-40 students in general education and special
education settings, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder
(ASD). Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy
services to students within an elementary-only caseload Collaborate
with educators to support students' communication needs in both
general and special education classrooms Maintain accurate
documentation and monitor student progress Participate in
orientation and ongoing training sessions Manage scheduling around
school hours with flexibility Comply with all district and state
regulations and policies Qualifications: Eligibility for or
possession of Speech-Language Pathology credentials, including SLP
- CCC or SLP - CFY Accepting new graduates with Clinical Fellowship
Year (CFY) completion as supervision is provided Experience or
comfort working with students with ASD and a diverse range of
communication challenges Strong organizational and communication
skills Commitment to student-centered therapy and collaborative
teamwork Location: Elgin, IL (school-based setting, elementary
