Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers an exciting opportunity to support high school students with
diverse learning disabilities through targeted speech-language
pathology services. The role is based onsite in Matteson, IL,
providing direct intervention and support to approximately 25
students on the caseload. This contract lasts for a full semester,
running from August 12, 2025, to May 15, 2026, with a schedule
designed for work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
individualized speech-language therapy to high school students with
various learning disabilities Monitor and document student
progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed Collaborate with
educators and support staff to develop integrated support
strategies Attend an onsite schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
ensuring consistent service delivery Maintain an active caseload of
approximately 25 students Qualifications and Experience: Valid
certification and credentials in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience working with high school populations in an educational
setting Ability to develop and implement tailored therapy plans for
students with diverse speech and language needs Excellent
communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a
school team Schedule and Location: Onsite position located in
Matteson, IL 3 days per week, with Wednesday as a mandatory day and
two additional flexible days Full work hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00
