Develop and execute engaging lesson plans that cover business basics, professional communication, and technology skills. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth and improvement. Coordinate with local businesses to arrange internship opportunities that complement classroom teachings. Monitor and support students during their internships, ensuring they apply classroom knowledge effectively. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational pedagogies and industry trends.
