Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and
program CMM inspection routines for complex machined components
Perform hands-on dimensional inspections using calipers,
micrometers, height gauges, indicators, and CMM equipment Interpret
complex engineering drawings and advanced GD&T Support First
Article Inspections (AS9102) and new product introduction Conduct
in-process, final, and first-article inspections Identify
nonconformances and assist with root cause and corrective actions
Mentor junior inspectors Drive inspection strategy and continuous
improvement initiatives Qualifications Strong CMM programming
experience (not just operation) Advanced knowledge of GD&T and
blueprint interpretation Experience inspecting precision machined
components (aerospace preferred) Experience with AS9100 or
ISO-based quality systems Comfortable working in a hands-on
production environment Strong documentation and data validation
