Job Description Job Description Job Purpose/Objective: We are immediately seeking a temporary 6 -9 month, hybrid, Commercialization Coordinator who will support the Commercialization Department by working under the direction of the Director of Commercialization to maintain and manage the following aspect of commercialization for the entire company operation. They are to leverage and expand their knowledge related to project management in the development and implementation of all Commercialization programs and activities. The coordinator will need to be able to proactively network cross-functionally within and outside of the company commercialization process from start to finish. Hybrid schedule: Mon, Fri (In-person). Tues,Wed,Thru (Remote). Essential Duties: - Manage cross-functional teams evaluating the scope, timeline, and potential roadblocks of new commercialization projects. - Outline, monitor and ensure best practices within each department for internal team s and customers. - Develop a solid understanding of key department roles in the process, a thorough knowledge of our manufacturing process, packaging formats and fundamental beverage concepts. - Work with manufacturing facilities and supply chain to maximize commercialization efficiencies. - Collaborate, develop and manage the commercialization process from inception to shipping in tandem with customers. - Manage and review New Product Process and Commercialization checklists - Facilitate communication between manufacturing facilities and internal teams - Monitor the pipeline of new projects and organize meetings to ensure projects stay on track and steps are completed in a timely manner. - Work closely with KAM sales team to ensure proper flow of information to the customer. - Routinely work with cross function groups such as R&D, sales, finance and technical services to establish and achieve business objectives. - Travel to manufacturing facilities to oversee commercial runs. - Develop procedures and policies to bring structure and clarity to the commercialization process. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree is required. - Experience within a manufacturing environment with a focus on project management is preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel - Must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment - Critical thinking and problem solving skills - Demonstrated technical competency through strong written and communication skills Company Description Labor Solutions, LLC is a leader in the professional, temporary, and direct hire industry throughout the Midwest area.
