Job Description Job Description Our client, a precision parts manufacturing company located in Franklin Park, IL is looking for an experienced CNC Swiss Programmer to join their team. This role is a 1st Shift DIRECT HIRE opportunity. Pay range: $30-$35/hr. Depending on experience Hours: Mon.-Fri. 6am-3pm with mandatory Saturdays- 6am-11am Qualified candidate will have 4 years of experience with programming CNC Swiss Lathes CNC Swiss Programmer job duties: - Write & optimize programs using CAM (Esprit, PartMaker, GibbsCAM Swiss, Mastercam) and/or G-code - Perform setups, prove-outs, and troubleshooting on the floor - Reduce cycle times and scrap while maintaining tight tolerances (±0.0001") - Create setup sheets, tool lists, and process documentation - Collaborate with engineering and quality teams - Other duties may be assigned.
