This role is at a critical juncture between our sophisticated software and client success. It requires someone who understands technical data, has excellent customer relationship skills, and can match product capabilities to customers' business needs.Customer Success Managers in this team translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights. Program management is essential, as they connect internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to facilitate business value. Success in this role depends on problem-solving, critical thinking, and strong communication skills.The QSR target customers are some of the largest in the world, requiring complex relationship building and meeting intricate enterprise requirements.Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate Dynamic Yield's value to key enterprise QSR clients.
  • Use data and information to craft compelling narratives.
  • Manage project planning, governance, and onboarding, including timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with data analysts, engineering, and product teams to deliver business value.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, serving as the main client contact during implementation.
  • Report project status and issues across organizational levels.
  • Manage risks and ensure client value realization.
  • Promote adoption of Dynamic Yield products and maintain high customer satisfaction.About You--- 3-5 years of customer success, services, or consulting experience, preferably with enterprise clients.--- At least 2 years of experience presenting to C-level executives.--- Experience in project management or customer success at a SaaS company dealing with large or enterprise customers.--- Expertise in Personalization, Optimization, A/B Testing, CRO, CRM, Recommendations, or Segmentation.--- Ability to understand and explain complex technology simply.--- Skilled in data analysis and manipulation.--- Expert in Excel/Google Sheets.--- Familiar with project management software.--- Capable of multitasking and handling issues under pressure.--- Fluent in English.--- Experience with Tableau, SQL, or data analysis is a plus.CompensationBase Salary: $95,000-$120,000Mastercard is an equal opportunity employer.
