essential inpatient coverage with robust mid-level support.

Procedures and Cases Mix of bread-and-butter neurosurgery cases
Level 1 Trauma cases and emergency consults Requirements Active
Illinois medical license or IMLC (LOQ) on hand required Board
Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency Minimum of
24 months of specialty experience Valid ACLS, BLS, and CSR
certifications Credentialing Requirements Standard 90-day timeframe
for full files Temporary privileges available for qualified
