Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team across the US, upholding our mission to provide outstanding outpatient physical therapy services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing tailored rehabilitation programs using cutting-edge techniques and treatments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. With a primary focus on physical therapy, the ideal candidate will also have an understanding of occupational and speech therapy disciplines to provide holistic patient care as part of our multi-disciplinary team. Evaluate patient conditions and create treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and goals. Implementing therapeutic interventions for alleviating injury and enhancing physical performance. Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Engaging in patient and family education regarding treatments and physical therapy practices. Collaborating with other therapy specialists and healthcare personnel to provide the best care. Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and technologies. Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and physical therapy modalities. Ability to develop and follow through with effective treatment plans. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals. Capacity to adapt treatments to individual patient circumstances including age, other health concerns, and treatment response. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification. Additional certifications in specialty areas (e.g., orthopedics, geriatrics, neurologic therapy) are advantageous.
