Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/17/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary NICU/Pediatrics Nurse Manager oversees daily operations, patient care quality, and staff for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, PICU and Pediatrics handling hiring, scheduling, budgeting, policy development, and ensuring compliance while fostering a positive environment for caring for critically ill pediatric patients and their families, working closely with neonatologists, pediatric specialists and other staff.
