What Youll Do: Deliver exceptional general dentistry in a collaborative, team-based setting Diagnose and treat patients with compassion, integrity, and clinical excellence Support and uphold our core values in every patient and team interaction Partner with our front and hygiene teams to create seamless experiences for patients Help shape the future of the practice through leadership, feedback, and innovation What Makes This Role Unique: Culture-First Hiring: We prioritize emotional intelligence, kindness, and humility. Equity Earn-In Program: Be considered for profit sharing or equity within 24 months (without debt). Mentorship & Mastery: Receive up to $10,000 in CE, plus coaching from our clinical and operational mentors. Minimal Admin Load: Spend more time with patients, less time on paperwork.
