Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Child Therapist (Ages 5-12 y/o) to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, providing individual and family therapy to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental issues. This candidate would benefit from further having experience and understanding of providing additional support services of case management and community support. Key Responsibilities: Provide individual, and/or family, therapy to children and adolescents with behavioral, emotional, or psychological needs Provide billable case management services to connect clients to resources as well as remain involved with all key supports in the client's life for best care Utilize billable community support services to increase client's social-emotional skills and improve overall functioning Conduct initial intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers to support the childs overall well-being Use evidence-based practices and culturally responsive approaches to treatment Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, and team meetings Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulatory guidelines Engage in continued professional development and training Qualifications: Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Licensure in the state of Illinois (e.g., LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) or eligibility for licensure preferred Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children in a clinical setting Strong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills Passion for working with children and families from diverse backgrounds Bilingual (Spanish, ASL, etc.) is a plus Why Join Us?
