Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Part-Time/PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team in the far South and Western suburbs of Chicago, specifically Aurora, Naperville, Bolingbrook, Minooka, Channahon, Joliet, and Lockport This role is ideal for clinicians looking for Schedule flexibility, supplemental income, or a better work-life balance while making a real impact in patients’ homes.
