Key Responsibilities: Assess students physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities to develop tailored therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Support students in improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Monitor progress and adjust therapy strategies to meet evolving student needs. Maintain accurate documentation of services and student performance. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Experience working in school-based settings preferred. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to adapt therapy approaches according to each students unique needs. Flexibility and willingness to travel between schools.
