Provide exceptional nursing care to patients across various departments according to their health needs. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop effective care plans. Administer medications and treatments to patients and monitor responses. Record patient medical histories and symptoms and track vital signs and other crucial health indicators. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and home care strategies. Adapt to varying work environments and rapidly change gears between different departmental duties. Strong clinical skills in a variety of nursing departments Excellent adaptation skills to move between departments efficiently Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic health records Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Capability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification a plus
