You will play a crucial role in evaluating clients and developing individual treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families. Operating with professional expertise and deep care for clients, you are a natural problem solver and self-starter. Responsibilities - Virtual and on-site work with children from birth through 18 years old. - Participate in client's plans of care. - Perform evaluations and help develop a treatment plan with client's families - Treat speech, language, and communication disorders - Supervise Speech Assistants - Provide counseling and consultative services - Make follow-up visits to assess and continue the plans of care - Plan interventions based on the client's needs and findings - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Qualifications - Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology - Minimum one year of experience in speech therapy - Early Intervention (Pediatrics) experience optional - Certificate of Clinical Competence required - IL state license as SLP - CFY's encouraged to apply
