ORDER ENTRY/CUSTOMER SERVICE Colonial Bag Corporation is a 46-year-old specialty manufacturer and distributor of specialty films and film bags for the healthcare, industrial and food-service industries. Specific Duties Order Entry: Receives and enters customers--- purchase orders Processes labels for orders and prepares for production Revises orders, when necessary Works with customers & sales reps regarding pricing discrepancies on PO---s Customer service: Answers phones Tracks customer orders with production team and freight carriers Investigates customer complaints Other duties include but are not limited to: Distributes incoming mail Filing Requirements Excellent organizational skills Solid understanding of Excel and Word Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work independently or in group settings Regular and reliable attendance You should be proficient in: Basic Computer Skills
