Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Retail Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall retail operations budget and triage customer retail
issues
Communicate competitive activity and develop retail operation tools
with marketing and sales teams
Conduct monthly meetings with third-party partners and track
performance against KPIs
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of sales operations experience in a CPG company
Experience developing sales operations tools and managing
brokers
Prior key account experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership skills and experience managing third-party
partners
Experience with CRM systems, such as Wiser
