training program. You will participate in a hands-on rotational
training program, giving you experience working with our
first-class culinary and service professionals. The training is
intense, and the education is invaluable! Job Description: The
Assistant General Manager plays a key role in leading Amada’s
operations and supporting the General Manager in delivering
exceptional guest experiences, fostering employee engagement, and
driving financial success. This position is responsible for
ensuring operational excellence through effective supervision of
daily activities, as well as overseeing the hiring, training, and
development of the hourly service members. The Assistant General
Manager maintains strict compliance with company standards, assists
in achieving performance goals, and actively contributes to
continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall restaurant
