Job Description Job Description The Senior Banquet Manager oversees banquet operations and leads the banquet management team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role serves as a key operational leader and acts as the Director of Banquets in their absence. Key Responsibilities Lead daily banquet operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction Supervise banquet managers, supervisors, and a large hourly team Act as liaison with Catering and Food & Beverage leadership Maintain BEOs, billing documentation, consumption reports, and service charge tracking Oversee scheduling, labor management, timekeeping, and payroll support Partner with HR on hiring, training, coaching, and retention Enforce service protocols, sanitation standards, and performance expectations Monitor banquet spaces, equipment, inventory, and storage areas Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5 years of banquet, catering, or food & beverage leadership experience Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills Financial and operational acumen Valid driver’s license; must be 21 Physical & Schedule Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly; occasional heavier lifting Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Health benefits with a low deductible Retirement savings plans Paid time off (PTO) Career growth and advancement opportunities Relocation assistance available
