We need outgoing full-time Sales Associate with focus on great customer service to join our sales team. This is an hourly plus commission sales position. We are looking for winners who love the latest technology and are looking for a career with growth potential.

Compensation : $53,000 - $65,000 annually

Requirements:

1+ year of Retail Sales experience preferred but not required!

Steady work history and strong desire to succeed

Ability to work in a competitive team environment

Attention to detail

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills

Responsibilities:

Assist new and existing customers.

Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards

Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction

Be self-motivated and goal oriented

Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company.

The Location: Mobile Generation currently operates 28 retail stores across IL, IN, & WI
