you fit! This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from
home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office
requirements. You must be available five days per week during
designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is
subject to change based on business needs and individual

or schedule expectations, as necessary. Position Overview This role
is responsible for leading medium-to-large operational improvements
that increase planning clarity, execution predictability, and
cross-functional alignment across Product, UX, and Engineering. You
will own discovery on process/tooling problems, design measurable
solutions, and drive adoption with stakeholders. You will create
durable standards (templates, definitions, dashboards) that scale
across teams. You will influence leaders through clear insights,
trade-offs, and recommendations grounded in data and feedback.
Primary Responsibilities The below represents the primary duties of
the position, others may be assigned as needed. To perform this job

improvement initiatives (problem framing, measurement, solution
design, rollout, adoption, and iteration). Build and operationalize
dashboards and metrics that connect readiness to decision-making
and outcomes. Own standards for key workflows (e.g., readiness
expectations, artifact completeness, planning fields,
status/reporting accuracy). Facilitate working sessions to align on
decision points, ownership, dependencies, and rollout plans.
Partner with tool owners to improve Jira/Confluence usage,
automation, and reporting; reduce manual effort and confusion.
Define and apply metrics (baselines, leading indicators, targets)
to diagnose operational issues and measure whether changes are
improving outcomes. Work comfortably across data sources and
reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Power BI) to translate messy inputs
into clear, decision-ready views. Coach peers and partners on
applying templates/standards ; raise the bar through examples and
enablement. Deliver concise executive-ready updates on progress,
impact, risks, and what’s needed to unblock adoption. Education and
Experience Minimum level of education required: Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent work experience Years of work experience in addition
to education: 5–7 years in operations, program management, process
improvement, or analytics Years of Individual Contributor
experience: 5–7 years Years of Managerial Experience: 0 years Years
of work experience that may be considered in lieu of education
requirement: 8 years in relevant roles may be considered Relevant
industry experience: SaaS / software product development
environment preferred Required certifications: None required
Physical Requirements: Primarily office/remote office work.
Prolonged computer use, frequent meetings, and occasional onsite

$110k/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is
eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on
individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits
