Job Description Job Description LHH is seeking an Administrative
Liaison for our client. This role helps ensure smooth daily
operations, supports union-related compliance processes, and
facilitates effective communication and coordination across
departments. Key Responsibilities Prepare agendas, minutes,
correspondence, and support meeting logistics. Maintain calendars,
team schedules, and department communications. Set up and manage
video conferencing (Zoom, Teams) and meeting tools. Support the
Director with scheduling, travel, reporting, and follow-up tasks.
Assist team members with supplies, mailings, filings, and
arbitration support. Serve as liaison to other departments,
including HR. Coordinate cross-functional projects and track
timelines and deliverables. Communicate with members, partners,
public agencies, and external stakeholders on behalf of the
organization. Prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced
environment; work irregular hours as needed. Key Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a nonprofit or similar
mission-driven setting. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
SharePoint), Canva, and digital collaboration tools. Ability to
work effectively in a multicultural, diverse, and inclusive
environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
administrative/operational experience. Ability to work
independently, think creatively, manage time well, and take
initiative. Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality
regarding staff and organizational matters. Strong organizational
skills with the ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and adapt
in a dynamic environment. Effective written communication skills;
able to synthesize information into clear, concise reports or
summaries. Exceptional verbal communication and the ability to
interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
Pay/Benefits: · $27/hr - $35/hr depending on experience · Benefit
