Job Description:
Position Summary: The Shipping Supervisor will assist the
Operations Manager in overseeing shipping activities and personnel
to ensure that products are properly loaded for delivery. Benefits:

High school diploma or equivalent is required 3 - 4 years previous
warehouse or shipping experience is highly preferred Essential
Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures product handling and delivery
practices meet customer expectations Monitors freight movement
using various computer software applications Conducts daily
inspections Assess efficiency and performance of shipping
activities Enforces operating instructions and safety policies
Escalates team issue or conflicts when necessary to management or
human resources Covers for Operations Manager during absences
Assist in inventory count and allocate space for stock Performs
other duties as assigned Working Conditions and Physical
Requirements: Work is usually performed in a warehouse and
manufacturing environment Physical demands of the position are
sitting, walking, and lifting Capable of lifting a minimum of 25
