Golden Bear Packaging Inc., a leader in innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities & Maintenance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the continuous operation and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements within our manufacturing plant. This position requires a combination of technical skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Perform routine and preventive maintenance of production machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to improve machine reliability and performance. Keep detailed records of maintenance operations and machine performance. Follow safety protocols and contribute to the maintenance of a safe working environment. Assis with setup and calibration of new equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Proficiency in using tools and maintenance equipment Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics Effective communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills for maintaining maintenance logs and incident reports Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred OSHA Safety Certification
