Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a
2nd Shift Machine Operator-Stager to join their team. As a 2nd
Shift Machine Operator-Stager, you will be part of the production
department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal
candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a
team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator-Stager
Location: Jackson, WI Pay Range: $22.40 per hour Shift: 2:00PM -
10:00PM, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Safely set-up and
operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product
output. Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address
routine equipment malfunctions. Ensure high-quality goods are
produced by checking for defects or malfunctions. Follow safety
policies, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and
maintain a hazard-free work environment. Communicate effectively
with team members and report safety issues or production concerns
promptly. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. At
least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or a similar role.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines
and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in
different environmental conditions. Excellent problem-solving
skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude. What's in
