What You’ll Do Set up, program, and operate brake press equipment Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Use precision measuring tools to ensure part accuracy Safely handle and position sheet?metal materials Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of brake press or metal fabrication experience Ability to perform basic shop math and metric conversions Blueprint reading proficiency Knowledge of Wila/European/custom tooling preferred Experience with Safan or Accurpress is a plus Strong communication and attention to detail Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling materials Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. regularly; up to 65 lbs. occasionally Comfortable working in a loud, fast?paced manufacturing environment Why You’ll Love Working Here Modern equipment and well?organized workstations Stable, long?standing Wisconsin manufacturer with a strong reputation Supportive, collaborative culture that values quality and craftsmanship Clear expectations and consistent work —no guesswork, no surprises Opportunities to grow your technical skills and experience
