The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining organization of the Maintenance Department through effective supervision of personnel. The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and education to the crafts, programs, and policies and procedures. The position is responsible for enforcing company, plant, and department policies, enforcing safety and sanitation hygiene rules, providing education and cross-training resources, supervising administration for departmental personnel, and other managerial tasks as needed. Ways you will make a difference Provide exceptional leadership to assigned team Empower employees to make decisions, expand their knowledge, and grow in their careers with Ferrara Uphold all safety and sanitation procedures of the plant Educate employees on craft-specifics, providing training as needed Manage all administrative details for personnel including time off requests, paperwork, training, supplies, and more Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Skills that will make you successful Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with maintenance management systems such as SAP and Maximo Excellent interpersonal skills including coaching and mentoring Experiences that will support your success 3-5 years of proven and successful Industrial Maintenance Management experience required Bachelor Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED and a 2 year Associate’s Degree in Technical field with related experience required Experience leading a team of employees with varying levels of experience Comprehensive understanding of plant/manufacturing maintenance and knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and procedures The salary range for this role is $81,225 - $118,300 annually.
