seeking a talented Client Care Project Specialist to join our team
to help support and facilitate our growth and expansion of
services.Job Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to, the
following items. Additional duties and responsibilities may be
assigned at management's discretion.• Create an onboarding program
to integrate with enterprise-wide onboarding.• Lead all new client
onboardings specific for business unit until merged with
enterprise-wide team.• Partner with key internal stakeholders to
ensure internal processes and communication are in place for ADF
workflow.• Ensure the response and resolution of processing issues
in a timely and professional manner.• Develops and implements
procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of
the clients being onboarded as well processing workflow going
through the organization.• Monitors programs and procedures to
ensure on-time delivery.• Maintains in-depth working knowledge of
products, services, operations, capabilities, and processes • Sets
performance standards to meet service goals of company.• Provides
feedback to the company regarding service failures or client
concerns. Provides feedback to the Operations team to ensure all
clients have accurate and timely information on order status and/or
changes.• Assists Client Service Reps in troubleshooting requests
that require special handling. Responds to client inquiries and
problem-solve professionally and effectivelyQualifications:•
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities • Strong
interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all
levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations is
essential. • Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and
get results through others • Strong problem-solving and creative
skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make
decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. • High level of
integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and
results orientation. Education And/or Experience:• 4-year college
degree • 5+ years of experience in a project management or
