We are growing quickly, adding exciting new products, processes, and packaging capabilities. -Position SummaryThe Compliance Coordinator is a hybrid/remote position responsible for maintaining the regulatory and certification programs at The Fresh Factory, including SQF, Organic, Gluten Free, and Kosher submissions. The Compliance Manager keeps current all raw material certificates and finished goods specifications to ensure that the company's programs remain in good standing. Tasks includeResponsibilities

• Maintain high food safety and quality standards in accordance with company SQF and HACCP programs
• Maintain the Organic, Non-GMO, Kosher, and Gluten Free programs
• Verify QA and Operations records are complete and accurate
• Review and organize completed logs
• Write and revise quality system SOPs
• Maintain finished goods specifications
• Create and distribute COAs for finished goods
• Participate in food safety and quality systems audits
• Assist in execution of internal audits
• Ensure the plant is audit ready (SQF, Organic, FDA, and customer audits)
• Participate in regular Food Safety Team meetings
• Participate in HACCP reviews for new productsQualifications:
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing facility
  • Experience with regulatory submissions
  • HACCP Certification preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions, meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal direction
  • Strong computer skills
