Summary:The machine operator will function as part of a team to meet production goals. This position will communicate production issues and take direction from the department supervisor on a daily basis.Essential Functions:Set up and monitor all manufacturing parameters relating to the safe, efficient production of Silicone foam. 30%Perform and record all in-process inspection/testing relating to maintaining product traceability and run documentation. 30%Assure that a sufficient quantity of raw material base is available to meet daily production demands.15%Communicate with various departments such as quality, shipping and value added relative to product quality issues and availability of material for further processing or shipping. 15%Participate in the training of new employees. 10%Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years previous manufacturing experience
• Attention to detail, excellent mechanical aptitude, good communication skills, and minimum of 5 years general manufacturing experience (with Rogers or another company). Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
