Job Description
The Partner will actively win and undertake assignments, maximize personal performance, and optimize their practice area within executive search and senior leadership recruitment. They will demonstrate leadership by enhancing overall business performance through expertise, handling diverse challenges, influencing stakeholders, and effectively addressing business needs. A strong personal brand, industry knowledge, skills, experience, and visibility as a thought leader with a robust network are essential.
Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Commercial Performance - Achieve targets aligned with regional strategic objectives.
  
• Revenue Generation - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, win new clients, and deliver against revenue goals.
