dynamic, data-driven Superintendent to help drive the success of
our schools and principals. Reporting to the Chief Academic
Officer, the Superintendent oversees instructional and academic
programs for a portfolio of our schools and is accountable for
developing principals to drive student success and achievement
within their schools. This leader is a vital Instructional
Executive Leadership Team member to ensure alignment with
instruction and school culture that supports ReGeneration's mission
and vision of a rigorous and joyful learning environment. They will
supervise School Principals and a network Director of Curriculum
and Instruction.Who should apply? The Superintendent must have
strong content and pedagogy knowledge (ELA or Math) and
strategically use data to identify gaps and opportunities in
instruction. They effectively develop school principals to become
impactful leaders (as well as model expectations), communicate with
enthusiasm to curate meaningful relationships with the school
community, a critical thinker and solution-oriented, with an
unyielding belief that all students deserve the best education.
They are also self-reflective, open to feedback, and committed to
continuously improving. With impactful growth in student
achievement data, at least 3 years of School Principal experience

RESPONSIBILITIESAcademic Programs (40% of role):
- Use data-driven insights and daily observations to partner with
Principals to consistently evaluate and improve instruction,
teacher training and coaching, curriculum implementation,
assessments, and overall academic programs and school culture;
- Partner with Principals to foster a positive and inclusive
culture with staff, students, and families;
- Support Principals in planning and implementing summer and
school-year training and weekly professional development for
teachers;
- Work with Principals and Case Managers to ensure compliance
with state regulations in implementing special education services
for all students to receive the support they need;
- Assist Principals in planning and overseeing the hiring of
teachers and other school staff to build a high-performing
team.Development of Principals & Instructional Leaders (30% of
role):
- Provide weekly coaching and development to Principals through
observations, modeling, and analyzing data;
- Conduct informal and formal evaluations of Principals;
- Plan and implement training for Principal Fellows and all
network instructional leaders;
- Recruit for and participate in the Principal and instructional
interview process;
- Support, develop, and execute Principal professional
development;
- Build a personal and professional network to cultivate future
instructional and leadership talent at ReGeneration.Regional &
Network-Wide Instruction (20% of role):
- Build a cohesive, consistent culture of schools through
Principal meetings and communications;
- Support strategic planning with Principals to identify
instructional priorities;
- Ensure assessments, reports, and other data needs are managed
and implemented by instructional leaders and school-based
operations staff.ReGeneration Mission & Vision (10% of role):
- Deliver training, advisory, and coaching to staff members,
fostering a culture of inclusion and promoting equity
principles;
- Provide and model leadership to all staff, students, and
families in establishing a joyful, structured, and
achievement-oriented school culture;
- Collaborate with ReGeneration Schools Leaders to support
operational and compliance needs;
- Foster relationships with regional Boards of Trustees and
funders;
- Partner with the Home Office to meet organizational needs,
including development, marketing, and recruitment.LEADERSHIP
SUPPORT & OPPORTUNITIESAt ReGeneration Schools, it's a collective

- Weekly planning meetings with the Chief Academic Officer to
support and advise on school performance data meetings, network
professional development, school shadowing and walkthroughs,
milestones and goals, etc.
- 1:1 coaching and professional development with network external
consultants.
- In addition to developing school principals and the academic
program, the Superintendent has an excellent opportunity to create
school culture initiatives to spark joy and engagement for students
and staff at each campus.

- 3-5 years of School Principal experience in a high-performing,
low-income school is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required.This position offers a
competitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 based on
experience, a generous benefits package, and a relocation packet
for out-of-state hires. In addition to extensive professional
