Job Description As the Connect/Concourse Payables and Receivables Support Client Service Analyst within Commercial Card, you will provide consultative support to internal and external clients via inbound/outbound telephone calls and e-mail on a variety of technical issues for a wide range of web-based and internal applications. This includes troubleshooting file transmissions and automated reports, research, and resolution of client issues. Response to client requests within strict service level requirements, document, triage, track, and monitor client requests to ensure timely resolution; all while demonstrating a first-class client experience. Candidates should demonstrate: High degree of professionalism Outstanding customer service and technical skills Work independently Manage multiple projects and issues Possess strong attention to detail Strong commitment and follow-through for all task Improving business processes, workflow, and procedures Solid analytical and organizational skills High level of flexibility is a MUST Responsibilities Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to: Act as a liaison between our external clients, internal business partners, for example, Technology, Implementation and Product teams Document, triage, and communicate client issues and requests Facilitate internal/external conference calls Produce ad-hoc reporting on behalf of the client Act as liaison between clients and JPMC Participation in after-hours/weekend "on-call" process on a rotational basis Participation in team "coverage" process Identify process improvement and own execution in some instances Responding to client request, via phone coverage/email request within defined SLAs Ad-hoc projects Qualifications: College degree or equivalent work experience required Minimum of 2 years of help desk or equivalent work experience preferred Prefer 2 years of experience in servicing clients Demonstrate strong oral and written communication with peers and internal and external business partners Demonstrate solid analytical and organizational skills Able to effectively build relationships with peers and internal business partners Must be able to develop positive and professional relationships that enhance the ability to achieve results Demonstrate the ability to meet multiple deadlines Demonstrate the ability to support multiple applications Demonstrate advanced skills with Microsoft suite of products including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word Demonstrate the ability to work independently and within a team The ability to work 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday, with the flexibility to support the team as needed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday This position is based in Elgin, IL and is not a remote position. Full time
