Status: Non-ExemptApproval Date: February 2022SUPERVISES: There are
no direct reports with this position. POSITION SUMMARY: The
Logistics Associate III, will perform a variety of warehouse tasks
and duties within a warehouse setting. The focus will be on picking
products using an RF scanner, shipping and receiving, inventory and
cycle counts. This role is fast paced and hands on and will require
the ability to multi-task at a high level.TYPICAL DUTIES: 1.
*Performs daily cycle counts to maintain Inventory control. 2.
*Maintains and updates the purchase order system to verify
shipments are received, cancelled, and/or back ordered. 3.
*Processes inventory paperwork. 4. *Updates management on all
inventory issues on a regular and as-needed basis. 5. *Ensures that
employees are upholding quality assurance to meet standards. 6.
*Maintains a clean and organized worksite. 7. **Completes a daily
checklist of assigned tasks for employees. 8. *Upholds policies and
procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client
expectations. 9. Performs other duties as assigned.* Denotes
Essential Job Function MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ---Demonstrated
organizational and problem-solving skills. ---Excellent
communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing department,
and outside vendors. ---Ability to perform basic math calculations.
---Familiarity with ERP and data entry systems. ---Experience with
Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy. ---Basic
understanding of inventory control procedures. ---Ability to
establish priorities and solve operational problems.EDUCATION
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GEDCERTIFICATES REQUIRED: The
following licenses or certificates may be required depending on
local, state and/or contract requirements:Forklift Certification
Order Selector Cert PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Employees must have the
ability to perform the following physical demands for extended
periods of time with or without assistance: ---Maneuvering in and
around the worksite. ---Standing and walking. ---Bending, kneeling,
reaching, and stooping. ---Grasping and picking up both small &
large objects. ---Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. as
needed. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Most work is primarily performed in a
fast pace warehouse setting with exposure to various background
noise which includes equipment, machines, and others working.
