• Perform preventative maintenance service to generator sets, to include changing engine fluids and filters, inspecting the gensets AC and DC systems, belts, hoses, exhaust systems and other components
• Perform load bank testing, startups, maintenance and emergency repairs
• Perform standard maintenance and troubleshooting on ATS equipment
• Deliver and hook up rental generators
• Effectively provide information and materials required to quote repairs needed, including anticipated labor hours and special tools
• Comply with all company safety, health and environmental policies to ensure a safe work environment, including use of Personal Protective Equipment
• Accurately, and thoroughly document all work and repairs completed, as required for proper invoicing to customers or warranty submission
• Keep both customers and service dispatchers informed of progress on jobs
• Maintain good housekeeping in service truck and at customer property
• Respond promptly to after-hour call out at the request of management
• Be willing to travel and work overtime as needed
