The Compensation Specialist will serve to support compensation and benefits related projects and day to day administration of the compensation program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Create action plans for HR Projects and perform the project management cycle from start to end with clear communication on all aspects of the jobMaintain the companys salary ranges and company property eligibility for multiple countriesCreate and update incentive plan documentsDistribute incentive plan documentsMaintain eligibility for incentive plan structureCreate and run reports for different client groupsInterpret data and analyze trendsEnsure data confidentialityResearch and define an action plan to solve issues that ariseCreate and maintain email merge projects for document creation (Incentive Plan Creation, Email Communications, etc.)Analyze pay changes and other data changes in the HRIS system for accuracyInteract with the 401(k) vendor on any questions or issues that arise with the programMaintain and analyze changes for Highly Compensated Employees and the associated programCommunicate changes to Highly Compensated Employees year to yearAdditional duties to be assigned as necessary

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent field 2+ years of related work experienceExperience with ADP is a plusAbility to work independentlyDeep knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Products; ability to use excel to perform v-lookups and pivot tables on a daily basisDemonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
