Job Description Job Description In Oakbrook/Naperville, the starting hourly base pay rate for Team Jeni’s Ambassadors is $15.00/hour with the opportunity to earn an average of $22.96 per hour Ambassadors are eligible for tips, overtime and holiday premium pay (if applicable). *This is an estimate of hourly earnings. It is based on the 2026 base pay rate, plus 2025's hourly tip average. 2026 actual customer tips may vary. In Oakbrook/Naperville, if the average hourly earnings of an Ambassador are less than $16 per hour in a two-week pay period, Jeni's will add the difference to the person’s paycheck so that their average hourly earnings reach $16 per hour for that pay period. We view ice cream as a form of art. Team Jeni’s Ambassadors are our part-time, front-line crew members. They scoop and serve ice cream to our customers, make waffle products, run the register, keep the shop clean, change out buckets of ice cream, and perform a number of other important, related tasks.
