We're looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer's agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You'll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities:

--- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
--- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
--- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
--- Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
--- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads


Qualifications:

--- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
--- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
--- Over 1 year of buyer's agent or real estate experience preferred
--- Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
--- Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
--- Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible
--- Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads
--- Cell phone and laptop computer needed
--- Ability to communicate effectively
--- Self-motivated
--- Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week
--- Utilize and maintain your CRM
--- Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients
--- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
--- Be coachable
--- Be accountable
