Specialist is responsible for selling our driver staffing services
to trucking companies, fleet operators, and logistics providers
across the country. Your primary focus will be building client
relationships, identifying hiring needs, and offering tailored
driver placement solutions to keep their operations running
smoothly. This is a phone- and email-based sales role that requires
strong communication, customer service, and consultative selling
skills. Requirements: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients to
promote our truck driver staffing services. Conduct outbound sales
calls, emails, and virtual meetings to generate and qualify leads.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and offer customized
staffing solutions for CDL-A, CDL-B, and non-CDL driver roles.
Manage a pipeline of accounts and drive the full sales cycle from
prospecting to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams,
including recruiters and operations , to ensure timely and accurate
driver placements. Maintain detailed notes and tracking in
Salesforce and meet or exceed KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue).
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage
repeat business and referrals . Stay current on industry trends,
driver market challenges, and DOT compliance regulations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy
improvements. As a part of all job duties, employees are entrusted

STRUCTURE: Reports to COO · Direct Reports: None EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE: 1–3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in
staffing, transportation, or B2B services. Proven ability to meet
or exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable
making high-volume outbound calls and managing multiple client
accounts. Experience in driver staffing or logistics recruiting.
Familiarity with CDL licensing, DOT compliance, and trucking
operations. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Proficiency with sales
technologies and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). Windows –
Word, Excel & PowerPoint Strong follow up Team-oriented with a
problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication, persuasion, and
relationship-building skills. Ability to execute in a timely manner
Able to work autonomously and with little direction Strong
listening skills Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail. Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and
