Schedule Hands on Training Responsibilities Skill Development :
Participate in our Daily Team Huddle and lead yourself through a
Morning Role-play to ensure your sales scripts and rebuttals are
sharp. Lead Management : Execute a high volume of outbound calls to
provided leads (no prospecting required) to identify insurance
needs. Consultative Selling : Analyze prospective client needs and
create customized insurance quotes that provide the right coverage
and value. Goal Attainment : Consistently meet or exceed daily
activity metrics and monthly sales targets to help the agency reach
its ambitious growth goals. Client Onboarding : Ensure a seamless
transition for new clients by providing an amazing experience
during the initial sign-up process. Team Collaboration : Work
closely with the team to share best practices and maintain a
high-energy, competitive atmosphere. Requirements Competitive
Drive: A strong desire to be the best and a track record of hitting
goals. Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication
skillsyou must be comfortable and persuasive on the phone.
Coachability: A willingness to follow our proven sales process and
participate in daily training. Resilience : The ability to handle
"No" and keep pushing toward the next "Yes." No Experience
Necessary : We provide full product and sales training for the
right candidate.
